These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website progreenmgmt.com (the “Site”) and our services, including dumpster rentals, contractor rentals (storage containers, scaffolding, fencing, toilets, trailers), and demolition services. By using the Site, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

Services Overview

ProGreen provides roll-off and front-end dumpster rentals, job-site rentals, and professional demolition with salvage services for construction companies, contractors, and homeowners in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

Dumpster Rentals: 10-40 yard sizes for all debris types; 24-hour/same-day delivery available.
Contractor Services: Rentals for storage, scaffolding, fencing, toilets, trailers.
Demolition: Safe, effective removal with salvage options.

Quotes via form or 732-210-2664 are non-binding estimates. Final pricing depends on location, duration, weight, and materials.

Quotes and Orders

Submit quotes via the “Get a FAST & FREE QUOTE” form (select size/state) or call us.
We confirm via phone/email. Orders are binding upon acceptance.
Cancellations within 24 hours incur no fee; after that, standard rates apply.
All forms are securely submitted; “Which is bigger, 2 or 4?” verifies human submission.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is competitive and straightforward, based on size, duration, weight overages, delivery/pickup fees, and prohibited materials (e.g., hazardous waste).
Payment due upon delivery or as agreed (net 30 for approved accounts).
Accepted: Credit card, ACH, check. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
Overages or damages are billed additionally. Fuel surcharges may apply.

Delivery and Rental Periods

Delivery to accessible sites only; you must prepare the drop-off area (e.g., permits, clear path).
Rental periods start on delivery. Extensions available with notice.
Prohibited: Hazardous materials, liquids, tires, appliances without prep.
You are responsible for loading/securing waste and site safety.

Customer Responsibilities

Obtain necessary permits.
Ensure safe access; notify of overhead wires/utilities.
Prevent unauthorized use or overloading.
Report issues immediately.
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws (e.g., waste disposal regs).

Liability and Limitations

Services provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties for fitness and merchantability.
Maximum liability: rental fees paid. No consequential damages.
You indemnify us against claims from your use, site conditions, or waste.
Force majeure (weather, strikes) excuses delays/non-performance.

Insurance

Customers must carry adequate insurance (general liability, workers’ comp).
ProGreen maintains insurance for our equipment/services; proof available upon request.

Termination

We may terminate for breach (e.g., non-payment, prohibited waste). You may terminate with notice, subject to fees.

Site Use

Site for informational/booking purposes only.
No unauthorized scraping, copying, or commercial use.
Prohibited: Illegal activity, spam, and interference.

Governing Law

New Jersey law applies. Disputes resolved in Middlesex County, NJ courts. Arbitration may apply to claims under $10,000.

Changes to Terms

We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check the Site regularly.
